Oskar Blues Gubna Clone

Got a buddy who is challenging me to brew a Gubna clone. Anyone got a recipe? Last time I tried this I ended up with a black IPA. Oh yeah, I’m a real pro! Good thing is it was friggin fantastic – just not Gubna. Welcome any ideas…

I can’t imagine the grain bill would be too hard to get close.

15# 2-Row
6# Munich 10L
1.5# Rye Malt
1.5oz Summit 75min
1oz Summit 10min
1oz Summit Flame Out
WLP001/1056 Yeast
Mash around 150-52
75min Boil

This is where I would begin if it were me. Make sure your water is on the soft side especially if you have high alkalinity is high. :cheers:
