Hello has anyone used this new yeast from Omega before it’s the Omega Yeast OYL-437 German Lager I DKO Series???
Never used it. If you pitch enough yeast and do a Diacetyl rest I’m not sure this yeast is needed. The only real benefit I see is it containing ALDC to prevent diacetyl from hop creep, allowing you to get to keg quicker if you dry hop.
