Has anyone used this yeast, I brewed a SMaSH beer two weeks ago temp holding at 66 and it’s still fermenting bubbles about once a minute. This stuff is a monster.
A close cousin, Kveik, is one that I’ve used. A few of us used that strain from Yeast Bay. Cool stuff. 66? Go big, put that fermentor on top of your water heater
