OK, one keg is not enough - growlers?

I didn’t want to trust my beer to my first attempt at kegging, so I made a batch of ginger ale. Surprisingly, it’s good. The family is about done drinking it, though, since it’s been on tap for two weeks. I’ve filled a growler to transport it one one occasion with good results. If I do the same and store the growler for a couple of weeks, do you think it’ll be drinkable? I want to clear out the keg for beer, but would like to keep a little of the ginger ale around.

By all means, yes it is fine but make sure you have the decent sealing cap. It is white and has a nice elastomeric seal which resembles a bead of caulk under the cap. I have some that have held good pressure for over a year. A week or two should be no problem at all.

Thanks. I’ll have to look around for one of those; all I have are black plastic caps with a clear plastic seal on the inside.
