Northern english brown receipes

I brew a drier brew… the results of my 2 step mashing temps…
When the brut fad was going on, it didn’t make it up here… too far away from the cool cultural areas… but then again… we’re cool year round… no fads up here…. :hugs:

never tried a Brut style and honestly don’t know much about it at all. Might have to do some research.

IF Mr. Voodoo doesn’t mind, Brut champagne is what it’s styled after… dry… not sweet… very low gravity…
