No sales tax on Brewing ingredients

Not sure NB Milwaukee does or doesn’t charge state sales tax but it looks like in Wisconsin brewing ingredients are tax free.

They are also tax free in Wyoming. Anybody else live in a state where the ingredients are tax free?

Minnesota is tax free also. Gotta love it!

No sales tax at all on anything here in Montana

Ingredients are exempt NJ as well …they are classified as food items, which carry no sales tax (except for restaurant food, take-out food, and that sort of thing).

No tax on ingredients in NY either. They are classified as food. Equipment, chemicals and stuff that are not considered food are taxed however.
