New Dry Yeast

Anybody have a chance to try any of these?

Burton Union looks interesting.

:lol: I thought the Workhorse yeast was from Laurelwood for a second.

Saw a post about this one the AHA forum. It’s good to have more options. I’d be interested to try the Bavarian wheat strain.

I’m loving whats happening in the dry yeast area. First we got Munich, then Saison, now some more choices in British ales and lagers. I’ve been fairly happy with S04 but am always intersted in trying the nonfruity, drier versions of British ale yeasts. Really like the West Yorkshire.

Yeah, I do not like S-04 for that reason. I use US-05 pretty exclusively unless I’m brewing a hefe.
