I’m new to brewing and I’m looking for a good book to read to help increase my overall knowledge. I’ve been looking around and there seems to be a lot of brewing books out there; some are obviously more advanced than others. Anyone have any good suggestions?

How to Brew by John Palmer.
This is the best beginner book by far. After that read Designing Great Beers.
