I am looking for a good English brown recipe. I have thought about using one of Jamil’s, but I was just wondering what others have done?
I’ve used Von Bair’s Nutty Professor, which medaled at the NHC a few years ago. It’s on the NHC recipe site if you google search it. Nice brown.
