Im brewing this up next batch this weekend, all grain full boil.
The recipe calls for:
3 oz UK Goldings
7 oz UK fuggles
All at 15 minutes… I’m almost wondering if the recipe done at the brewery tosses these hops in at whirpool, and for homebrewers NB moved back the whirpool addition to 15 minutes. As a huge fan of hop stands, I think I’d rather toss all of these in at 0 and do a 30 minute stand, which is suspected to count as a roughly 20 min. addition. I’ve always had massive hop flavor and aroma using hop stands/whirpool instead of late additions. Thoughts?
