My first pour

Brewed an oktoberfest (ale) don’t have the equipment for lagering yet
Fermented a Lil high low to mid 70s but tastes good
So I am happy also addicted after one batch hve the 2nd fermenting
And third on order

Congrats! You’ve learned the most important rule in brewing…even if EVERYTHING is not perfect, you can still make great beer! Enjoy it…I hope it lasts a little longer than my batches do! :cheers:

and the second rule is keep fermentation temps down best you can.

Third rule is keep brewing so that you have a steady supply of brew and not sit waiting for 2 weeks.
