Most spot on Pliny recipe

i see alot of homebrew suppliers have PTE recipe but which one is the most spot on to the real thing?

I made 22 gallons of it and my higher brewhouse efficiency gave me 9.7% abv. While the beer turned out very good and the alcohol is very well hidden, the hop flavor and aroma is different than the Pliny I had in California (on tap at Stone in Escondido).
