I meant to post this the other day. I was wondering how long do you aerate your wort with this? I did it for a minute which seemed adequate to me.
I think that is about how much I do it for. I saw you also posted about chilling on another thread, one thing I found using the stirrer is that it’ll bump the wort up to whatever the ambient temperature is. I almost killed my yeast on a really hot brew day that way!
About a minute for me too. I use it in my Curtec fermenters 10-12 gallons each and it beats the heck out of the old shaky shake method.
About the same for me.
My temp is controlled so I don’t have to worry about that.
