planing a cinco de mayo recipe and noticed my recipe is similar to my pre pro except for the 6-row I’ll use munich and vienna malt instead. And of course the maize. Anyone have input?

I use:
37% Pilsner
21% 2 Row
21% Vienna
21% Maize
All Tettnang hops, with a FWH, a 60 min addition, and 5 min addition.
And of course WLP940. I don’t think you can call it a Mexican lager without 940!
