Hi folks,
Was at one of the LHBS Friday afternoon to pick up some hops for my next brew. This particular store has a better selection than the store closer to home but everything else is a bit more pricey.
Anyway, I found some galaxy and was milling around trying to find Apollo when I found German Merkur hops. I had to buy it because my summer fun car is a Merkur!
Thinking i’ll brew up an XR4TI-PA for the summer using the merkur hops! Has anyone brewed with it before? Maybe a kolsch style instead.
Anyone have a recipe this hop would work well in?
