Mead temperature after bottling

What temperature should I keep the mead at for the two weeks after it has been bottled?

This is a Artisanal Mead un-carbonated if that matters.

Are you planning on consuming after two weeks?

For mead storage the coolest room in your house should be fine. Just try not to let the temp swing too much and try to keep it cool.

From the way the mead tasted at bottling time this will have to be a long time storage.

Guess I’ll put it in the basement the temperature stats about the same there.

I really like all the stuff Northern Brewer has but their lack of information in their instructions is a real problem for new brewers like my self.
