Me thinking going electric

Due to the increase of cost of propane. And lack of propane. Here on island. Me thinking. About going electric. Question. How big does my heathing element. Needs to be for a 10 gallon batch actually. 13 gall due to boil of rate. I do have 220 volt and 110 volt. And its easy to regulate. Your heathing element. Been reading. More boil over electric. Than propane. And what kind of temp controller. Recommended. Been looking at that. Pffff sky and cash are the limit

Spike also has some very shiny stuff… That is who custom welded my kettle… If they don’t have it… you don’t need it.

I do 10 gallon BIAB batches with the SS Brewtech 1V system - 240 volt, 20 gallon brew kettle. The temp. controller is great. I don’t have any complaints, it’s a great setup. I don’t think you can get away with using 110 volt on a 10 gallon batch.
