Festy for me.
My real answer is…it depends. I sorta have both on tap right now. Festbier is just a helles or lighly hopped bohemian pils IMHO.
I brewed festbier today…but didn’t have 838 or 2633 to use…so I hope 34/70 ends up with similar character.
I don’t think that we have to choose any more. With all that we have to control all that we do, you can brew, whatever, and whenever… That being said, there are traditional seasons for traditional brews, and I think its a great idea to observe! MARZEN !!! sneezles61
