I just kegged my oktoberfest that was brewed a month ago with the bohemian lager yeast. The beers tastes clean and malty and is very clear. Also a nice, aromatic nose of munich malts. look forward to seeing how it is after a month of lagering, and if it stays as is I will definitely be using this strain again.
