I need ‘help’ brewing a 5-10gallon + batch of special mead, for the reason it was traditionally brewed in ancient times.
By help I mean someone experienced with all the equipment, storage etc. They can be anywhere in the country, Canada etc., and I will provide all raw materials…all but the honey to be sourced from NB. For interest…it would be a circa 50/50 blend of premium Bermuda and Georgia honey. Would have to discuss how sweet or dry we would want to slant the brew…and all other details to makes this worth someone’s while to assist.
