LME shelf life in Fridge?

Hey there! I have some LME that has been in the fridge since I purchased it. Almost 3 years now. Never opened. Ya think this is still good or no?

Sounds like two years is the recommended limit, and that would be better if frozen

That said i would still use it for a hop forward beer. Waste not want not

Absolutely, if you can tolerate somewhat less than ideal product!! ( this from the guy who is still eating Thursday’s turkey leftovers. ). Use it, boil it, hop it … …. As @sneezles61 says it’ll be …beer!
