Looking to brew a stout soon, I see that one of the Q1-2013 Wyeast PC yeasts is a Belgian Stout yeast. Wondering when NB’s limited edition kits will be released that are based on these yeasts, and wondering if one will be a stout?
I’ve wanted to try a Belgianish Stout for a while now. Just because on Wyeast’s website they say that the Belgian Abbey II works for Imperial Stouts. Seems interesting.
