Late blow-off

I brewed an oatmeal brown ale on friday night.
normal brewday, hit my target gravity of 1.051
came down saturday morning and it was happily bubbling as expected
I come home from work today(monday) and i have foam everywhere!
im not complaining, i just thought it was odd, usually i get a blow-off around 24 hours after pitching, but this seems pretty late at 72 hours
anyone experienced a blow-off that late?

This happens to me occasionally. Blow off won’t start until a few days into fermentation. Sometimes it occurs when there is a variation in temperature.
