I ordered a kolsh and the brown nut with other hops and grain with the brown. I was able to get a free big mouth fermenter. I use 3 other hops and I added a grain to the brown nut.

I just ordered the Kolsch as well. Got the yeast 2nd day aired so it wouldn’t spend too much time in a hot ups truck. I will make a starter with it to be sure its ok. Never brewed the kolsch before so I am curious how it will come out. My son recommended we brew it so we will. Grains should arrive next Week I think.
