Can’t tell you anything about the beer. Other than I used a lager yeast at ale temps. Made a New Belgium 1554 clone but one this one I upped the OG. I think there was a sizable portion of table sugar, 10%?
It’s lite on carbonation. But has a cola feel to it.
I do believe this is my last bottle.
