Man oh man! Im excited for this one. Just kegged my pale and took a sample… Taste is extremely similar to a Mannys Pale Ale from Seattle. I expect it to be even more great once carb’d.
I brewed the beer 4 weeks ago. I kept it in primary the whole time but cold crashed it for the final week. It is extremely clear. Bon fire and beer this coming weekend.
