Assuming I have clean processes (which I hopefully do at this point)…

Bell’s TH is easily in my top 5 commercial beers, and I can’t get it in NY. I haven’t brewed a ‘kit’ beer since going to AG three years ago, but I don’t suppose its any different than someone (like Jamil/BCS/The Internet) building a recipe for you.

I’ve never done a side by side taste test, but I think its pretty close. Upping the aroma and dry hops a bit might not hurt.

Actually thinking of brewing this myself soon, its been a few years. It was still called 3 hearted when I did it last.
