It works, time and time again.

With my friends, Nick and Dick, we gave public demos at the weekend at http://www.surreyciderfestival.co.uk/ In timed competetive trials, Dick juiced 7.2kg of apples in one minute fifty two seconds using a Breville Juice Fountain Elte. The juice recovery was 65% by weight of apple.
