i’m in the middle of a boil and i noticed all this crap floating in my pot. Is it just hops? I’ve got about 1 oz in a 4 gallon boil? I have not added whirfloc yet. I hope i’m just being paranoid.
Yep, normal.
Some of it are hops, some the hotbreak proteins. (look up hotbreak if you’re interested)
