So I am a week in to primary on my Irish stout was planning on a 2 week primary
Or guess that depends on the beer then I wanted to age it with oak and jameoson wiskey
My question is how long is to long with the oak
I would go about 3 weeks and sample it to see if it has the oak flavor you’re after, if not check it once a week until it gets the flavor you like.
