Inherited Equipment question

I inherited some unused equipment from my brother in law recently. Most of it was standard decent stuff - but there was also these two red pieces that I’ve never seen/used before and he had no idea either.

It seems like they’d be some manner of a siphon, but I have no idea how they’d be used. Photo is attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like a Buon Vino bottle filler. I think they are more for wine but maybe not.

Yes, these are Buon Vino filler heads. Used mostly for wine making, but could be used to bottle beer - assuming the beer is not carbonnated.
