How long are these supposed to last? I clean with PBW and sanitize with Star San but I’m wondering if my beer will develop a metallic taste after such-and-such time.

I’ve had mine for several years and only had to change the clear tubing.
i wouldn’t worry about cleaning it; i just rinse all the stuff off soon after use and invert it, allowing water to escape from inside…my design requires a little rocking back and forth, accompanied by patience.
Yeah, I usually hose it off and the blow it dry with compressed air.

dont store it at freezing temps and it should last a good long while.
