Hybrid german dark lager

as i posted in have german lager yeast im looking for ideas for some grain and dme i have in stores to use up. vienna malt munic victory cara-pils cara vienna 80 l american chocolate chocolate wheat dark dme saaz and tettnager hops would like to use these left over grains , dme and hops in a brew so they dont go bad with time . i love to try something new and at this time why not ! i bet someone with more brewing expertise than I could through something together .

Let’s crank up the software, add all these ingredients and see what comes out of the old pooper. Of course you’ll need a base malt like 2 row or pilsner.
