How much chocolate wheat +/ Carafa 3 DH in a baltic porter?

10% can be a bit too much when it comes regular chocolate and black malt, what would be the case for those huskless grains? flavor wise, have you used those malts in high %, not only for color?
the grain bill is simple:
75% vienna, 5% amber malt, 5% munton’s 150L, 5% cara aroma, 5% chocolate wheat, 5% carafa 3 DH, 10 kg total in 25L batch, lagar yeast

I don’t think that will be excessively roasty. I’m assuming Muntons 150 is carmel malt, right? That’s a big beer. What OG are you expecting out of that? Those are fairly mild roast malts. As far as style compatibility, I’ve never done a Baltic, but it looks about like I’d expect.
