My starter kit came with two yeast pack but the instructions only say pack in the singular without specifying a number. Do I just use one? what’s the other one for?
I assume you mean dry yeast. what is the expected original gravity of the beer you are making?
Yes tell us more about it. Is it an NB kit? Usually you would only need two packets for a high alcohol beer.

What did the. Og gravity says. Of the beer recipy. What i do. Any beer recipy. With a higher. Og than 1 065. I do use extra yeast. So in your case. 2 packs. Me barly use dry yeast. So best thing use yeast calculator. Like brewers friend yeast starter calculator
