Hop Stew

Just “wung” it. I did brew an APA with them before this and it was nice and bitter with good aroma, so I’m kind of assuming the AA is in the range normal for these hops. Something like 10%. I let the hops hang a good long time, that the key to getting your AA%.

Pressure is up close to 10psi now. I was thinking of adding a pound of sugar to dry things out a bit, but I probably won’t. 1.072 is big enough I think.
