Hello. I want to experiment with hop choice in a standard Hefeweizen. Instead of the usual Tettnang hops, which of these (or combo) might work? Chinook, Goldings, Cascade. Thank you.
I would think East Kent Goldings would be great.
Chinook might be a little too bitter for a Hefe but no rules really. Might be good.
