Honey Blonde Summer Ale - Basic Low APV and IBU's

20lbs of Breiss 2-row Grain
1lbs of Honey Grain
1lbs of Carapils Grain
.5oz of Cluster Hops
.5oz of Fuggles Hops
1lbs of Honey
American Ale Yeast

Heat mash water to 175F and preheat mash tun.
Drink a beer.
When mash tun temp gets to approx. 168
F introduce grains to mash water.
Mash for 75min… be sure to stay hydrated by having a few beers while waiting.
Heat up sparge water… Sparge till you get approx 13-14 gallons…
Boil for 60min adding Hops at beginning of boil.
Turn off flame after boil…
Add honey!!! YUMMY!
Cool… Add Yeast…
