Do you use orange peel in the boil? In what form? Grated like a zest or larger peices?

NB has a clone kit that is remarkably close. Looks like orange peel and coriander near the end of the boil:

Me do use orange peel. Cut in small pieces. About. 15 min before end of boil. Clean the peel weĺl. No white part. Of the orange skin. It gives sort of bitter taste. 10 min before. End do add the coriander.
