High FG with s189

I have been brewing with s189 for over a year and have had excellent results with this yeast except on Jamil’s Munich Dunkel (12.2 # Munich (9l) and 6 oz. Carafa II mashed for 90 minutes @154 F. and a 90 min. boil for 6 gal.) Problem is my FG is 1.020+ with OG’s of from 1.056 to 1.058 on 4 batches. Jamil’s recipe shows i should be 1.014 and Beersmith shows 1.015. On all other beers i have used this yeast with come in below their estimated FG. I have used it on Dorthmunder export, Schwarzbier, and Octoberfest, as well as Pilsners and Helles with all FG comming in under 1.015. Is it something about the high % of Munich?

Has anyone had a similar or totally different experience. Please comment.
