I have no idea how much oats or wheat to use. But the #s are very close to abv and ibu’s

I would love to make this beer as I love it. Any help or critiques are appreciated.

Looks good. Personally I’d use pilsner malt if you had it. I’d also add a pound of sugar @ 15 to dry the beer out a bit. What do you think your mash temp will be?

Right or wrong I just mash everything at around 151.
