hey I’m finishing up some supplies before placing a new order at 20% off on all ingredients(nice special at AIHB. I have everything to do a cream ale except acid malt or lactic. Anything around the house I can use? Ive heard people talk about lemon juice.
Citric acid is great. Especially good if you want a citrus note such as a northeast IPAs.
If you have pH meter, you can correct the mash to work with yer water… I got 2.3 pH on just the lemon juice…
