I have an old refridgerator and upper freezer combo divided by a shelf and it looks like there are some screws holding the shelf up. do not want to ruin what I got, but would like increase the head space. any ideas?
Don't cut anything... If a screw or two lets it fall out... BINGO!Sneezles61
Should be easy unscrew. You might want to get a rack. On the bottom. Of the frigde. Because of the weight of the fermentors. Do you got a temp controller. Like inktbird. Or johnson
Can you post a picture of it? Many of the older fridges use the freezer to cool the refrigerator compartment below. I have one in our garage the I just received a replacement evaporator fan for.
Thats why I say not to cut anything... if taking screws out allows it to fall down... No refrigeration lines are incorporated in the shelf/bottom... Some old ones do just that! Sneezles61
got an ink bird. works great.
I will try to post photos
Which ink bird do you have? Thinking to get the first one or the second. Pretty similar
