Hey everyone
This is my first batch of homebrew and Ive been letting my Hank’s Hefeweizen ferment for about two weeks now. I checked the gravity Saturday and Sunday and it stayed the same both days which I saw as a good sign. Is it weird that it tastes kind of bitter? Is this something that will change after I bottle it?
I also right now I have bottles soaking in B Brite to get the labels off… Is it ok to let these soak overnight? I thought I read somewhere that the B Brite can harm my bucket? Also, has anyone had any issues with B Brite affecting their skin?
