Just made this on Saturday, my slurry starter of 1056 wasn’t taking off yet(2 months old, started to after I was finished though)so I used dry yeast for the first time and used white wheat instead of red wheat. Anyone make this recipe? I found it in a couple different places online and people posted that theyve had good results. Should know in about 6 weeks :cheers:
