I just brewed NB’s Grapefruit Pulpin. It included dried grapefruit peels for the secondary. I typically skip the secondary and go straight to the keg. Is there any reason why I shouldn’t add them right in the keg like I no hops? Thanks!
I added a bunch of grapefruit zest to the keg of an american wheat I brewed this summer. I put the zest in a tea ball and when it tasted like it had enough of a grapefruit kick I removed the ball. In my case it was about four days.
