So I’ve only been brewing a couple months now, but I have the bug and my wife is cool with me doing it especially if I keep it on a somewhat normal budget.
I am looking to convert to all grain and under the more is better ideal I would like to do 10 gallon batches as well.
I am going to get a rectangular cooler and do the denny conversion to it, but I was curious how big a burner I should get as well as a good 15 gallon brewpot/keggle that will boil wort without having my wife hate me for the pricetag and a cheap HLT.
