I may have found a source for GF organic raw oats. Still negotiating with them, but right now it looks like 104 plus shipping for 50# bags of clean oats. Anyone interested in going in on a buy?
Do you want to do a cereal mash? I buy organic flaked oats for about $2 a lb and can add them directly to the mash.
No, looking at malting them and them mashing. I have not found any GF certified sources for oat malt, so I though I would try it myself.
