I have 120 lbs of pears that I’m going to press…problem is that due to my schedule i won’t be able to press them right away. If they get to the point that they’re too ripe, i can put them all in a chest freezer to help preserve them till i’m ready. will this alter the final cider in any way if i use frozen and rethawed pears?
On a side note, any ideas how much (roughly obviously) juice i’ll get from this amount of pears? never used fresh pressed juice…
