I brewed a pale ale yesterday but today I realized I forgot to add the hops at the end of the boil. Bittering hops are 2 oz of Willamette, aroma 1.5 oz of Casacade ( which I forgot to add), and dry hop w/ 1.5 oz of Cascade. I know it won’t taste the same to just add more Cascade when I dry hop it but is that still the best remedy? If so how much extra? Thanks, Mike
IMO, dry hops work much better than a flameout addition anyway.
I’d just add all 3 oz of Cascade in the dry hop addition. Should be tasty.
